Laser hair Removal
Say goodbye to razors, ingrown hairs, and painful waxing, and hello to touchably smooth skin in no time with no pain. It’s time to stop worrying about unwanted hair and let your skin blossom with confidence.
Our lasers eliminate hair at the root, targeting follicles for permanent or long-lasting hair removal and reduction. This treatment is suitable, safe, and comfortable for any skin type and tone, including skin type VI.
What is the benefit of Laser Hair Removal?
Unlike traditional methods such as waxing, shaving, bleaching, or using depilatory creams, our laser hair removal targets the root of the problem, offering a more permanent solution. Traditional methods require ongoing treatment, while our laser system only needs a few sessions. Most patients notice a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions, eventually achieving smooth and hair-free skin.
Laser Hair Removal can remove hair from most parts of the body including the face, legs, arms, underarms, and back. Chest, areola, and bikini line can also be treated with our lasers.
We recommend a series of 6 treatments 6 to 8 weeks apart. Number of sessions depends on various factors such as your hair thickness, area being treated, and hair growth cycle.
You may feel a series of short snaps, but no local anesthesia or pain medication is required.
Treatment times vary based on the area being treated. However, our laser has one of the largest treatment spot sizes, making treatments convenient and fast. The combination of efficacy, patient comfort, and speed makes our system the leader in laser hair removal. It is powerful enough to target and treat even the most stubborn hair.
Laser light cannot treat blond, white, red or gray hair as these hair types lack melanin for absorbing the light energy. Dr Qazi will evaluate during consultation if you are an appropriate candidate.
Suitable/safe and comfortable for any skin type and tones – including dark skin Type VI.
Our laser technology effectively destroys the hair without harming the surrounding/adjacent skin. As with all medical procedures there is a slight degree of risk, and Dr Qazi can discuss this with you during your consultation.
Immediately following your treatment, the area may appear a bit red and swollen. Three to seven days after treatment, you may experience what seems to be re-growth of hair. In reality, most of these hairs are being shed as a result of your treatment and are not re-growing. Between treatments, you should not wax or pluck your hair, but it is permissible to shave.
